Kids Overweight Program

This program is ONLY for children who are getting overweight due to the lack of physical acitivies or poor nutrition.

We will do a combination of FUN games and fitness activities to help them burn extra calories and start learning how to take care of their bodies.

If recommended by your child's pediatritian, you'll receive a 25% discount off our current monthly fee.

What does martial arts
teach a child?

Activities like tae kwon do, Karate, kung fu and aikido are a fun way for both boys and girls to achieve fitness and focus. Some parents may think they also promote violence, but that's a myth, according to experts. The martial arts actually help teach self-discipline and socialization skills.
